No, some games have the option of installing on the hard drive, the game isnt copied. It also doesnt boost preformance, it only speeds up load times making up for the lackluster preformance of a 2x blu ray drive. |

You can copy PS3 games to the hard drive so they can load up much faster  And sorry to tell you but you are going to have a real long wait to be able to buy the PS3 for under even $300

Well duh, if there was 4 millino that would happen too. But Sony had to deal with a little thing called manufacturing problems on their spiffy new technology and well..its gonna bite them for awhile until blue diodes are more easily to get |
