You can copy PS3 games to the hard drive so they can load up much faster And sorry to tell you but you are going to have a real long wait to be able to buy the PS3 for under even $300
Really? I have not come across any article that mentions copying/running the game from the HD, and I'm suprised the GI article did not mention this. If true, that is a sweet option. Can the 360 do this too?

Lol too about the $300. You are probably right about the wait.

Rockaway Park, NY		 No, some games have the option of installing on the hard drive, the game isnt copied. It also doesnt boost preformance, it only speeds up load times making up for the lackluster preformance of a 2x blu ray drive.
