Is this free for customers?

Is this a free service for people...or do they have to pay a monthly fee?

If it's free...these complainers need to just shut up about it!!!

If they are paying for it...then I understand the complaints.

Maybe if the article stated "users giving feedback on the somewhat spotty coverage" it wouldn't read so bad.
