@cox.net | [CT] latency issues in CT?
I have to say in the past 2 years my Cox cable internet has been lightening fast, but today has been just horrible! Seems slower than my old dial-up. Is anyone aware of any CT issues?

Yes when ever Cox is upgrading their network it seems like dial-up, off then on connection. And if you call them to ask if their doing service work most likely they have not a clue to what is going on. See with Cox the right hand doesn't talk to the left hand, but when I lost all my services I called Cox they said no one is doing service in your area, I got in my car and what do I see down the road two Cox trucks working. So sad! |

My connection has been utter crap lately... 5 Mb cable and I'm getting at most 1800 Kbps. 10% pl and yea it just sucks. I'm going to call them on Monday to find out what's going on and if they're not helpful I'm going to dump them for DSL.
And I'm certainly not going to be paying my bill until they fix this... I will demand that they refund my money for the past two months since I've been paying $40 a month for only 40% of what I was previously getting. |
