The Verizon Fiber Optics forum has a radio button to indicate TV related threads and appears to be handling the the TV related questions fairly well.

It is becoming a very popular forum and I think as the TV service starts to make it to areas already wired for FIOS Internet, the number of TV posts will continue to increase. Looking at the posts, about 1/2 seem to be TV related (looking at the tag and/or the subject title), which I think stems from a much more variable, content driven decision.
If it's not time now, it might be very shortly.

It appears the great idea of tabbed subforums is too "confusing" for some people.
