I have At&t Yahoo Online Protection, it has Anti-virus and Anti-spyware. It uses an anti-virus program that is made by Computer Associates, but not directly one of their products (just made by them), and the Anti-spyware is quote "At&t Yahoo Online Protection anti-spy".

Is this program going to keep me protected? For some reason, I think that you need something like Norton to be good...
It doesn't hurt to have that layer of protection in place, but I would not rely on it to the exclusion of other AV protection, particularly local HD based.
