I am trying to get the latest version of this software ... i went to the website albany.mediacomtoday.com and entered my email. I retrieved the email and downloaded eISS.exe ... the version number is 1.0.0.5. Is this the lastest version from CA. I noticed the title was still eTrust. I have not installed it as I want to make sure that I am installing CA Internet Security and not eTrust (old version). |

| This may not be the "right" way but how I did it.
1. Go to this link »https://home3.ca.com/Login2.aspx?lang=en_US You will have to enter your mediacom email account address. If you are like me, you don't know your CA password.
2. Chose "I forgot my password" The page will comeup where you will enter your mediacom email address and CA will now send you an email with your CA Passowrd.
3. Go back to »https://home3.ca.com/Login2.aspx?lang=en_US and login with your mediacom email addy and the new password you got from CA. You will be sent to a page which will allow you to download v3.
oh .. and it work
And another thing .. how dow I edit my little area to the right so that I can change the ugly green background? |
