Unfortunately the monitor is only monitoring the network operations center of my ISP. When I run DR.Ping my results are "Sorry, your median latency (992ms) is too bad to be sensible
Your result will not be recorded..." yet this is typical of satellite ISP latency due to the distance traveled to the satellite, 22,000 miles. Sorry

At least you tried. I remember my days of using DirecWay and encountered similar problems like that.
