Re: [Extreme] BT Throttling on Utorrent 1.6 has resumed recently Actually, this is rather new, ever since the switch over to the new netblock. While Rogers has been throttling all along, this is the first that the old work-around has failed. I used to have download speeds up to 700KB/s, now I'm very, very lucky if I get near 200. Upload speeds rarely get above 10KB/s, and are much lower on most trackers.
Luckily for me, my bundling discount expired this week, so I've no incentive to stay around much longer. |
