is that bad signal . i keep getting disconnect.

3 maintance guys came to my house and 4 techs and it never gets fixed

Upstream power Level at 28 dBmV is too low. Your Downstream & SNR are good.

Recommended upstream signal levels are +35 dBmV to +52 dBmV.

well they sent out lots of techs. they do useless stuff just test the signal and dispatch a maintenance guy. its the 3 rd maintenance guy who comes here. and problem is still really bad. i get very slow connections and drops.

most likely a line problem and it's up to the maintnance guys to fix it. Now of course Comcast is run so piss poor that it's easily out of the maintnance guy's hands and they might be passing it on due to plant design and nothing happens. It's a very common practice with comcast

Not trying to high jack the thread but just wanted to share my levels. I have the SB5120 modem and also have a very low upstream PL. However, I've been running without problems for over a year. I refuse to try to get it corrected because it took three visits before they would admit I had a very bad upstream power level and finally fixed it.
