A spokesperson for Time Warner Cable could not be reached

They are too busy readying a lawsuit to prevent the people from proving that corporations have no desire to serve, but only to obstruct?

Hope their project does not get castrated like what Qwest paid to have done to our UTOPIA project.

I would expect that Time Warner will find someone to pursue judicial action as opposed to being (identified as the) plaintiff. Just because there is a fiber ring in place doesn't mean this will ever fly.
