I think the information provided is very clear. The replies so far have pointed you in the proper direction. One of those links also has instructions for other email clients not Microsoft related. Your question of whether you get an email account or not has been answered. Several people have replied yes. You actually get more than just one. Unless they have changed things. You used to see your given email address listed on the work order Insight provides you when they set things up.
