Well posting here might get the eyes of those who deal with these type of things. You could send an support email to your local office from the Insight website. Or you could try making a call to the local office and making contact with someone on the technical end of things. Again they most likely won't push out an update unless they see your having a problem. | reply to schwab They can - but I doubt they will. Unless it can be shown that your experiencing a problem that can be resolved by a newer firmware. It is unlikely you will get anyone on Insight's end to push out a firmware update. There are methods for you to do this yourself. But these are frowned upon by most ISP. Personally I think modem firmware updating should be as easy as it is with a router.
