I just ordered one from Sears! wait if they do that with in 30 days can't I just return my 360 to sears or get them to credit my CC?

Yes. Also, you may be able to get them to do a price adjustment and credit back the difference in price. If you plan on returning it though, dont open it or they will charge you a 15% restocking fee.
