Re: [Lingo] Does Lingo works with DSL connections??

If you're in Brooklyn, you may want to avoid Verizon DSL even though they are the cheapest.

Search results for "brooklyn" in the Verizon DSL Forum sorted by date

I pay more than your cable bill for Earthlink DSL but it's been stable and Lingo(or other VoIP) works well on it.
