| Re: Sipbroker (or similar) US Central Time talking clock I use both the short wave NIST stations which are "talking" but of course give out the time in (UTC) universal time. Also, I use the NIST HI, CO and the Naval DC PSTN numbers which are not toll free.
Also, I use the following NIST web site which is NOT talking but very accurate. There is some delay over phone lines and the internet:

You can change the setting to Central Time as I have it set for Eastern.
