Every time I have tried to talk to them they have been courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and quick to resolve my issue.
I would say my experience with Bellsouth and Verizon have been much, much worse experiences. They both have the attitude of "Hey, whadda gonna do, we're Verizon/Bellsouth, you really can't go anywhere else... so we'll get to it when *WE* are ready."
