We had a similar issue with Comcast installing cable at 2 of our office locations. I posted about it in the Comcast forum way back when - finally it worked out for us when we agreed to dig the trench ourselves (we're a cemetery). |

| reply to dogo88 Of course! They don't want to miss an episode of Deal or No Deal .
Actually, the cemetery is pretty technologically advanced. Two locations in South Jersey are connected via VPN, and both are connected via VPN to our main office in North Jersey. None of this would have been possible without a decent high speed line, though, and we battled with Comcast for years about it. They wanted $10K for the first location, and $15K for the second - we got them to do both for free.
I've uploaded some pics of the trench we dug to the first location.
