Name the chanels you want.

Does anyone know how I can give Insight feedback on what chanels I would like to see them go after?

Also post the list of chanels you would like Insight to add here, but only 5.

1. NBATV
2. Boomerang
3. Comcast Sports Net - Chicago HD
4. NFL HD
5. WGN Superstation HD

If these 5 chanels were added to insight in rockford,il, and then converting the anolog chanels to digital without raising the price more then say $0.50 a chanel. I would almost guarantee nobody would buy a dish.

@insightbb.com
That $0.50 is for the new channels, so an additional $2.50 for those stations. If they don't make WGN HD then replace it with Starz HD.

There is no WGN Superstation HD to put on

ONLY the "local" version of WGN is in HD - DirecTV just added it to their local Chicago HD package. (along with a bunch of other Tribune HD CW's) Considering that other than the sports on the Superstation, that the rest is mostly syndicated material, I wouldn't be looking for it to be put up in HD soon.

My choices would be:

1. Boomerang
2. Boomerang
3. Boomerang
4. IN-HD 1 (IN HD 2 is going off the air)
5. A&E HD

Re: There is no WGN Superstation HD to put on

My main reason for wanting WGN HD is for Cubs and Bulls games in HD. So the local WGN HD would be great, in fact it would be better as we would get more Bulls games!

I think Boomerang is by far the most demanded channel. But I love basketball so I am hoping NBATV comes in second!

I'd want TBS HD before WGN since starting next season, TBS will be airing first round playoff games.
I'd also like MLB InDemand.

Unless you actually LIVE in the Chicago DMA, you can forget THIS as well - the "local" WGN is ONLY available in the CHICAGO DMA. (hint, hint - THAT'S why there IS a superstation feed) Cable co. outside of the Chicago are NOT permitted to carry it.

If you REALLY want the "local" WGN - get a dish & "move" your account to Chicago & then you can get ALL the local Chicago stations. (I sure enjoy them) Unfortunately, you still have to live within a certain distance of Chicago, since the spot beams only travel a certain distance.

Of course, maybe you DO live in the Chicago DMA (but obviously we wouldn't know that... )

Re: Name the chanels you want.

Boomerang is offered in the OnDemand section of your digital cable. Look under "The Free Spot". It is limited however.

1. Pretty much anything HD
2. A cheaper than $15/mo Non PVR HDTV box ( like $5/mo would be nice) I know off topic.
3. More HD.

1 Boomerang
2 Starz HD
3 NBATV
4 NFL Network HD (though I am most grateful to be receiving the live games now)

I think most people are aware of Boomerang on Demand; however, describing it as "limited" is a severe understatement. It almost feels like a tease to me, as it's almost always the same shows and so infrequently changes episodes that I hardly ever check.

Of all the things that I have missed since coming back to Insight a few years ago, Boomerang is by far the greatest.

Don't know if it was the same in Indiana, but in Columbus we received NFL HD on channel 929.

Do you normally have a channel 929? We do not. What normally plays on 929?

Thanks,

929 is a special event HD channel. I think the NFL network will only be on 929 when there are live HD games, which is fine w/ me.

The first time BOOMERANG was requested we were rewarded with NICK 2.

Then requesting BOOMERANG got us NICK TOON.

I'm sure this time requesting BOOMERANG will get us NICK MORE JUNK.
