I Hop, here I come! Seriously, that company has a bigger problem than meets the eye if they've had to choose this manner in which to try to eliminate that specific problem. Their problem is obviously one of training and management, IMHO. I certainly would not eat at that spot were that the case and wouldn't anywhere else that required such a thing. I wonder what the legal liabilities are that they set themselves up for in doing this.
