Just curious. What did tech support do, or not do, to you?

Camarillo, CA		 Maybe is wasn't really tech support per se, but sales as they were clueless in regards to some of the questions I had before installation. It was amazing how much the installer did know however.

That's Pre Sales Information, then. Just asking. A lot of people seem to bang tech support, with their displeasure; but from what we've seen, tech support on this product has been very good, as tech support goes.
