Cable and DSL don't make up all of the "Broadband Internet" how about WiFi Internet? or what about fios so the 44% DSL and 56% Cable for the 100% share of "Broadband Internet" don't add up. |

FiOS doesn't come close to the # of DSL and # of Cable providers. Either does Sat or wifi. So just looking at the DSL and Cable stand point, 44% are DSL and 56% are Cable. -- YourIP.US - Quickly Locate Your IP! |

| First off, I'd like to say FIOS, does not represent all fiber to the home projects, yet people seem to think it does.
Second, I don't think these numbers really mean much at all. How many people can get both cable or dsl. Those are the numbers that might be interesting.
I for one, can get both, and I'd much rather have cable. It is faster in my area, and as for price, who the hell cares. -- Give me bandwidth or give me death! |
