I swear I read a news article right here in DSLR about a month ago stating that this launch DID INDEED happen. Not "was going to" happen, not "it might" happen, but that it "did happen".

| Battleop, that is not true. We have never had a cable outage in the 6 years we've had Charter. We have had only one internet outage 2 years ago and it was only out for 30 minutes. Our cable system is as close to perfect as possible. Our area is very well maintained and our techs are top notch. They give me their nextel cell number in case I have problems. I have only called a tech once where one high def channel was blocky and choppy. He came and worked back from my house and came back to say that the amp a block down from me was bad. He had it replaced the next morning.
