It's good for you, and it's one of those "feel good" comfort foods. Especially good, when it's cold outside. (Lower in that nasty cholesterol stuff too!)

I physically can't eat that much food alone. Impossible. I've had chicken soup two nights now, and just finished the last of the *yummy* leftovers. It doesn't help that it's just the two of us, and we cook for 6. Some recipes just don't scale...but it makes it nice when I am working late or C is out of town....
