Sounds like that is a new clause to add in your TOS. That is, you are not responsible for critters on the customers property that cause harm to your equipment. The TOS should say that the customer pays for the truck roll and repairs.
Thats strange convoluted thinking on the part of the customer, that the squirrels are your problem.
I like your method for getting rid of them. I'll have to try that method to help my wife out. She has agressive squirrels that run around and scare her every once in a while at her tea house. |
