Re: Funniest Install

OK, not sure if this qualifies as funny or just a little on the gross side....

One of my subs has about 5 dogs that live inside. When I got there for the installation, there was no nasty smell or anything, but you could tell that the dogs lived inside. When I went to hook up her PC, I knelt down near her desk. Suddenly my right knee was cold and wet! It took my brain about 1 second to realize I had just knelt in dog pee! I tried to block out the fact that I now was wearing pants that had been pee'd in and it wasn't even my pee! Of course, I wasn't able to return home for a couple of hours. But when I did get home, my suspiscions were confirmed as soon as my 2 dogs got near. They immediately started sniffing my knees and would not go away. I was in the shower about 5 seconds later.....

Now for the ladder subject.... This ladder is awesome. It is a little pricy, but the wide base makes it more stable than any ladder I have ever been on. It has a 300lb rating (I'm about 210, so carrying anything with me probably would cause me to exceed the rating on the 225lb ladders). The only drawback is that is a little heavy (I don't see the weight listed in the specs, but probably 50lbs or so).

Now back to our regularly scheduled funny installations...

The one I have is similar to this, but it only goes to 17'. I got it from Costco for $100. We use it for most of our installs.
