The large companies will pay the fees ... it will save them money in red-tape avoidance. And it will still be cheaper for them to run the call centers out of Bangalore or wherever. |

| Most of the call centers use "International Private Lines" that connect with the pbx's for outbound calls of what ever company. They have gone totally down before also check this link out
