Keep bugging verizon, call again and again. Not everyone has the same information when it comes to fios tv installs. Most likely, every time you call, you will probably get a different tech and maybe get one that might know exactly what's going on in MC with installs. Request a Maryland office tech or find out their direct number. I don't have the number available now because I am not at my residence but will post later. Keep pressing, especially those who have fios internet already. |
