GLIMMER join:2004-01-17 Urbana, IL	if you notice I had no problem with my torrents till about 3 days ago and low and behold other users of different bit clients are reporting the same things here in C/U its not rocket science to figure out that THE U OF I is a big school and the BW problems magicly went away when the torrents started throttling. In sight is quitly trying to install sandvine or a like program as are other isp's. I just signed back up for unlimited newsgroups and I am DL at full speed.

So Buddy do you know if this is going to be implemented network wide or perhaps in just certain areas like college campuses where the traffic is higher.
