A lot do, you're lucky to have oodles of broadband in the big city, many are not so lucky. I have Adelphia (to become Comcast next month) HSI, but most areas in this very rural and rugged county are relegated to dial-up, and maybe wireless if they're lucky (a lot of mountains and trees here), there is a wireless outfit that provides service in some area.

Why do people in rural areas need bandwidth anyway? The Farm channel has all the news they need to grow my food...and they can occupy free time by humping relatives and line dancing at the neighborhood bar
