HIRING: Wireless Network Engineer / Linux Admin(s)

BurstNET, an INC500 Company, is currently looking for additional staff to join our team.

Our firm is currently considering SysAdmin/Tech-Support and Wireless Network Engineer applicants for ON-SITE positions, in our Scranton, Pennsylvania (PA) USA facility/location. BurstNET is NOT currently seeking REMOTE staff at this time.

SysAdmin/Tech-Support applicants should have expert knowledge of Linux and CPanel. This includes exim/sendmail, ftp, ssh, mysql, bind, apache, firewalling, etc...Knowledge of other operating systems, including FreeBSD & Debian, as well as alternative Control Panels (Plesk, DirectAdmin), is a plus, but not a requirement.

Wireless Network Engineer applicants should have expert knowledge of Mikrotik, Linux, routing/bridging, radius, PPPOE/PPTP/VPN, RF technology, frequency co-ordination, site/pop/tower/cpe installation, HotSpots, etc...Possession of the above SysAdmin/Tech-Support skills as well would be ideal for our specific needs.

Please forward your resume to hr@burst.net for review,
if interested. (.pdf, txt, or .doc format only please...)

You might want to consider putting this position on the WISP Classifieds site. There's a category for "help wanted." No obligation/cost, of course. Link's on top of the forum here.

(If I still lived in the Lehigh Valley, I'd apply for the position myself! )

Regards,
Kory

OK, I'll check that site out...thanks.

I posted it here, because I frequent these forums, and I know some of the more knowledge wireless people I have seen around the net come thru here as well...so I figured we might find a qualified candidate here.

Hmm...I cannot seem to find that section anywhere.
Do you have a direct link to the WISP help wanted section?

Thanx!
