| reply to FunnyHarHar Ok, if you are a Mediacom employee and you have been employeed there for as long as you say you have, working in the departments that you say you have, then you know that it is severly against policy to post such things about customers.
You are in danger of losing your job. Pray that nobody figures out who you are. |

| reply to FunnyHarHar said by FunnyHarHar :I've worked for Mediacom for a couple years now in a few different positions. I've done tier 1 support, I've answered customer email, I've worked in the BTSC department, and I currently work in a location I will not disclose due to the contents of some of the posts I will be making in the future. Through these years I have visited DSL reports and answered a few customer complaints/questions/rants as best I could (under a different name of course). I've seen a lot of pissed off people, many of whom totally have the right to be pissed off. Sir I suggest you not come here and read the posts if you can't handle it. I would also suggest that if you post here you are in grave danger of loosing your job. I will no longer put up with Mediacom employees abusing us paying customers.
When a supervisor suspends my account for no reason I do tend to get a little upset.
Corporate gets notified and heads begin to roll or bounce or flip or flop.
If your job is too stressful then get out. You seem to be on the brink of an explosion.
Now I had my turn at ranting. -- www.r-force.org |

Maybe these clowns need to spend a little more time at work instead of "ranting". |
