| Blarg!/Avvanta I have been a customer for 6 years, and like Karen am rather dismayed at this recent down. The connection went down on the 15th and not a word. No redirect. No temp hosting. No telephone (all circuits are busy). I understand that the weater has been history making, but that hasn't shut down their neighbors for three days. A simple redirect with notification via the web would be nice. Can't get a simple webmail. blaaaarrrrggggghhhh! I'll close by saying I am shocked, as they have been a top notch outfit up to now. In the 6 years, I've lost connection maybe a couple times for only a couple hours. I'm not looking for a new ISP yet, but this is the first time I've considered it. |
