Thanks for this. Blarg/Avvanta has never been down for me in 5 years. That said, their customer service people are about as nice as stale bread. Nevertheless, their up-time has kept me happy.

I'm absolutely appalled by the fact that they're unable to offer any communication to their customers. I've seen nothing in the Seattle P.I. or Times, and I've searched Google News and PR Newswire for an announcement. NADA.

That's very poor.
