Hmmm...this "story" is over three weeks old. It does seem that Comcast has decided to drag it's feet reimbursing her since she's not gotten anything yet.

Of course, they were probably too busy ignoring the double-murder suspect under their employ (this is in Chicago as well) to worry about such things as corporate liability.

Do they even bother to train installers anymore?

Huh? What would be the point of BUYING divedends and bonuses?
You don't buy dividends, extra profit is used to pay bonuses and dividends to those that hold stock. Stockholders want money over making customers happy.
