reply to Edit This BiCubic algorithm in CS2 is awesome for resizing and really doesn't even need the 5-10% deal, you can pretty much do it all at once. Also, if you are sending out for print, most print houses will adjust your resolution as needed far better then you can do it.
If you really want some power in resizing, forget those expensive softwares, no need for them... PS CS2 does just s good as they do anyways and even if you don't have PS just go download ImageMagick and resize with it, or even Irfanview will do well if you use the Lancroz Algorithm to do your resampling, it is much better then the others.
Personally I use ImageMagick with a nice little program I wrote that uses the IM files Gives me easy 14MP files from my 300D and 20D with little to no hit on image quality once printed with nothing more then a double click -- Images are Copyrighted and use is NOT permitted. What is RSD?
