1.) Go here:

2.) Select Division from drop down menu.

3.) Type in your completed email name and password. Click Logon

4.) Click on the blue box (center/top) named "Modem Information"

5.) Click on "View Service"

6.) Look where it states "Services:" and to the right, look down at the bottom. What is the # after the words "Bandwidth service class"?

don't work in San Diego, which I understand because it is for Orange County, but there is no such website for San Diego County.

It seems I have "2" modems on my account.

One has 032, and the other has 033.

I know 032 is 8/768, but what is 033?
