to me that is central so if that is now upstate i am EXTREME Upstate as i am 1 hour from canadian border ..
i have heard of Downstate and upstate so SOMEBODY has to be in the middle aka central . i thought i saw where somebody drew a map one time in here just so that ppl new where the LINES'started and finished lol |

That's downstate. Upstate NY is Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Albany. You get service from TW NYC.

I'm in zipcode 91360 and I've got the 15/2 speed package at my house ($100 per month business class service).
Anyway, I was in the Newbury Park Time Warner office yesterday to swap out my cable box for a DVR, and I overhead one of the workers telling another customer that they now offer 10/1 cablemodem speeds (for residential). |

i know that earthlink is the middleman, but i meant about the service...do RR users get speed upgrades before EL users do? Do EL users even get this upgrade? |

Previous comcast user on the westside of cleveland, oh, TWC came in and now i pay what i was paying with Comcast when i had 10 mb line sometimes reached 12, HORRIBLE.  Supposedly nothing is wrong with my line and i am on my 2nd modem, DSL sounds so good
