screw you time warner. Its now April 16th, and the Utica area is STILL at 4/384. im really starting to get pissed now. Users here have noted that they are in the process of upgrading us, but it was supposed to be done by the end of 1st quarter. that timeframe is long gone now. 4/384 is pathetic. time warner is lucky they are the only cable provider around here or id switch in a heartbeat. |

| Previous comcast user on the westside of cleveland, oh, TWC came in and now i pay what i was paying with Comcast when i had 10 mb line sometimes reached 12, HORRIBLE.  Supposedly nothing is wrong with my line and i am on my 2nd modem, DSL sounds so good

i know that earthlink is the middleman, but i meant about the service...do RR users get speed upgrades before EL users do? Do EL users even get this upgrade? |

| I'm in zipcode 91360 and I've got the 15/2 speed package at my house ($100 per month business class service).
Anyway, I was in the Newbury Park Time Warner office yesterday to swap out my cable box for a DVR, and I overhead one of the workers telling another customer that they now offer 10/1 cablemodem speeds (for residential). |
