ETA: Last I checked Bush is in the executive branch, which doesn't make laws. The legislative branch does that... Did Bush have a hand in the bill creation and push it? Sure, no argument there. Still had to pass both houses before it got to his desk. I'm not saying he is not a part of the law's creation, only that it is quite silly to blame him alone when you don't like it.

If economy is great it's because of president, economy is bad is because of president. If we get attacked because of president, security etc.. |
