Has it always done this? I've yet to find a REAL solution to fixing the whole storm/sync issue, other than switching to a different modem other than the Westell 6100., and that only marginally helps. >. How are your stats though?

Take your modem out of bridged mode to gather stats. Basic troubleshooting is required here. It will be an inconvenience, but that's where ya gotta start.
