Just when you think there are standard offers for all who are already on DSL...
Thread out of at&t West ( »[General] $16.65/mo for Pro? ) has a user offered a free month and a $75 gift card for a one-year renewal. My offer in the midwest was a free month and a $49.99 rebate on a wireless gateway for a year's pledge.
No surprise to me but seems to be new, different offers out there. FWIW

As of last week the offers were a $25 gift card for Express and a $75 card for Pro or Elite, with a $49.99 rebate on equipment whether you chose the $49.99 modem or $79.99 WiFi router. These require(d) no contract. The only 1 year contract deal was for your first month free, which, considering the month-month pricing, was kinda silly in the face of even a $99 ETF.
Then there is that 'show me your cable bill' come-on.
