BEWARE-ViaTalk-Cancels without Notification for Overusage-on Unlimited Account!!
This is follow up(Other thread is locked)
Sorry for delay. I am in India-and internet access is still spotty-even in Mumbai (Bombay). I was in Rajashtan earlier.
Some replies were completely off the heart of the matter.
I did not protest the disconnection as much as ruthless, discourteous, cruel ViaTalk customer service or lack of it.
I simply wanted ViaTalk to have message played out on disconnected number (due to medical reasons) giving out new number.
OR
I simply wanted ViaTalk to give me extra days to port my number-again due to my ailing father.
In this day and age with technology how difficult it could be.
Or
I wanted ViaTalk to Upgrade with me agreeing any extra charges.
Considering the fact that I NEVER received written or Email notification, did not I deserve this much (or this little)?
I trusted Brendan when he sent me PM that thing will be taken care on THAT day-that was years ago.
This is disgusting.
I begged them literally to NO avail.
My message for new year for ViaTalk-Have a Heart.

On 12/16/06 morning they disconnected my home phone. Since 4 days we can not get any answer for reason. Everyone at Viatalk would just say talk to to Michael Musgrove-unreachable for 6 days now.
No response to calls, emails-except PM to Brendan-and still NOTHING has happened.
Not even courtesy of message when people call to give out new number.
They will not even Upgrade account.
With my 72 year old ailing father this is cutting off lifeline. He depends for his medicines, doctors and everything. I am traveling-he is not tech savvy to change VOIP which would take weeks any way.
Even begging them to have simple message when people call did not get any consideration.
I was Vonage customer for three (3) years and never had any problem remote to this disaster.
If you depend on ViaTalk you might jeopardize your/your dear ones health/life.
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. Even after Brendan's message that things will be taken care today i.e Monday 12/18-NOTHING has happened as of 12/21.
I can not even login to my account.
They cancelled everything. |
