If it was new and you bought it at a store that did not pre-configure it for you, you may need to set the VPI/VCI settings 0/35 I know when I bought one of these POS's for my mother-in-law that I had to go through the web interface and set these before it would work... -- Check out the TekSavvy Forums: »TekSavvy Solutions Inc.
