Boy...you guys are lucky...You got an e-mail. I received a phone call (01/18/07) which I didn't answer cause I didn't know the number calling. Well thought it was about my bill so I paid it 01/19/07...Well got up Sat. (01/20/07) to play in an Unreal Tourney and couldn't because of no internet. They turned it off.I called to find out what was wrong and after going thew all the Techs I finally got my answer.I was 'Flagged' for to much 'Upload' bandwidth (Over 5 gig.in a 24 hr period)which caused problems with the other customers. Pissed me off...It's up and running again but will I stay? Lookin' for other options now. |

| I rarely upload much, but I did upload 6GB of my pictures to Picasa the other week and didn't hear nary a word from Insight.
I do use the heck out of my VoIP line and do web surfing, etc, but don't run any P2P programs, which I'm assuming is what is continiously using these people's bandwidth "24/7 for 30 days". |

| I would love to see a reply here from Iggy because I figure his use of Insight has to be higher than most any Insight customer. If he has not received one of those e-mails from Insight, then that would be wonderful news for the rest of us. -- low cost and fast speed is what customers want in broadband |

| He did post in »www2.dslreports.com/forum/remark,17621718 maybe he is keeping quite on this one, due to probably still scratching his head why his speed is fluctuating. -- I threw out the map a long time ago. Now I follow my own direction! |
