| Sunrocket Down - systemwide outage
Another Systemwide SunRocket outage begins....
I was on the line with my mom and she said that I sounded garbled (after half an hour on the line).
Then I hung up and tried to call her back and I keep getting a busy signal. I can get through on my cell phone.
Any number that I call from my SR phone is ringing as busy now.

Same here in New Jersey..Callers to my line receive message that my number is not in service. Outgoing is busy. This was all proceeded by more garbled than usual calls and then final interuption. |

Same here in SE Michigan.
What horrible timing. I just got my ISP service back up, but my SR isn't working. I spent the last 30 minutes trying to figure it out. Internet just fine, gizmo lights ok, dial tone ok, but busy signals on outbound calls and "no service" message on incoming calls. Then I check here for giggles and find out its an SR issue.  |

Dial tone, but fast busy on all outbound calls. Inbound calls ring and then report number not in service. Northeast. Resetting ATA has no effect.
Last call log is before 5 PM. Web portal says:
SunRocket Service Alert
SunRocket is currently experiencing some temporary disruptions in calling. SunRocket engineers are actively working to fix this problem. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will update you shortly. I hate corpspeak.
This blows. I hope it's fixed soon.
Edit: This is new; blinking red Run light, but VoIP light is solid green...

the phone 1 light on my linksys gizmo was on but i got busy tones, but now the light is off.
could you guys verify if your phone light is off as well? thanks! i was afraid that my connecting/disconnecting the power of the gizmo repeatedly has damaged it... |

Calling Out: I have a dial tone but when I dial a number I hear nothing but dead air.
Calling In: Calls to my SR line yield a fast busy. |
