Moving Over To The "Darkside" LOL

Well after 9 years with Bell am pulling the plug and coming over to Teksavvy. It's bittersweet because when you have an internet provider that long ya kinda get used to it even if they double bill ya for 3 years have lousy tech support (for the 3 times i had to call them in that time) crappy prices and now a return to bandwidth caps (went thru the 5 gig cap back in the day never again) As i am still in transition can't put up a review yet but so far I like what I've seen. Just having an actual person follow up on calls is an awesome touch. I realize that comes from a commitment to excellence that starts at the top and the pride extends throughout your Teksavvy family. From what I've been reading on this forum Bell's forum and Canadian Broadband forums my good experience with u is not a fluke and i commend you for that. I look forward to being able to add a positive review of my own when I go live later this week. Til then keep up the great work.
