yeah, my sister-in-law just got riped -off big time. She just went and got a brand new laptop. She waited about 6 months because she wanted Vista, what a waste of time. On top of that, she paid $200 extra to get all the updates installed, hold on a second, what updates?

wow, that is only 5 minutes worth of work as they dont stick around after the defrag is started.

Technician will begin defragmentation, explain the process and provide the proper contact information in case there are any complications
(Tech spiel: What this does is move all the files to the front of your drive and puts them in order so they are able to be accessed faster. If there is an error during the defrag, you can call me at 555-555-1212)
