| Slow Speed??
Ok i am getting jealous reading these people saying that they are only getting 3000kbps and such.
Now it could be that we just got DSL out here (Rural ON) and i am on a downstream 'remote' switch. But I would like to know if that is the case or should I be doing better?
Here are the results and these are actually better than i have been getting. One thing I notice is my upload is always great 500-600 on most any speed test. I have tried unplugging all phones/faxes/satellites from the jacks and I am going to try plugging into different jacks, but i had the lines in the house looked at when we moved in and was told they looked great. |

WOW thanks Rocky, when you said you were going to have someone call i didn't really think it would be that quick...amazing service...worth the price of admission...
I'll let you know if Bell finds out anything. They are really not too with it here. We were supposed to have service last summer but we found out they had 'loading' voice coils on the line up our road after we got them out with the second ISP i tried. All they need to do is tell us why or what but that is like pulling teeth with them for some reason. Glad to see you guys are on the ball. |
