Please Help Tweak (seems that I am slow)


The best I get...OUCH!
Hi, I have been a cable guy for sometime now and made the switch to teksavvy since I know a couple guys in the office. I have had a few tickets opened and I am just too far from the CO to get any better.

How about tweaking?? Any suggestions would be sweet.

 Hey Jeff,

You able to drop in to the office and pick up a POTS splitter? Also, you check out the tweaking thread that tilhasBB had organised? They've tweaked the heck out of the ST516s....
